Simply the best! We have used McAllister since we moved to Lakeview six years ago and they have always been professional, responsive and accommodating. Quality costs, but you get what yo pay for. And it's worth it to us when at 8pm on a Friday night a professional would come out and do their best to get our furnace up and running.

When our 23 year old furnace was not worth repairing they had a team here the next day on a Saturday morning to install the new furnace so family who had to come from out of town could have heat. Ryan as well as the owner dealt with us to make sure our needs were met. Thank you McAllister Team!

Hot Water Tank Installation

We recently had a hot water tank installed and were very impressed by your staff members. I just wanted to let someone there know what a wonderful team you have.

My husband dealt with Beverly over the phone and had nothing but nice things to say about her professionalism and follow-up. He also dealt with Jeff who came by to diagnose the issue. He was very thorough, competent and patiently answered questions.

I was at home when Pete and Scott installed the hot water tank. They seemed to take great pride in their work and took care to ensure they didn't create any more issues. They left every thing in impeccable shape and were both a pleasure to deal with.

Generator Installation

It's been a pleasure doing business with you all. Everyone I spoke with on the phone or dealt with in person was great. Polite, helpful -wonderful. This made it so much more comfortable for me to spend a large sum of money on getting the generator installed.

Emergency Plumbing Services

We had an emergency sump pump problem yesterday evening and Chris came out to service us. Not only did he do an excellent job, he was very educational and very personable.
